Terms of Use
These terms define the basic rules for using the website, reading and writing emotional posts, replying to other people and reporting content.
1. Nature of the project
O Que Vai Na Alma is an online space for writing, reading and replying to emotional posts with respect. The project is designed as an emotional community around themes such as relationships, loneliness, family, work, sexuality and secrets.
2. Who may use the site
The website is intended for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, publishing content or taking part in the community, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Current functionality and future evolution
At this stage, visitors may read the public content. Participation features such as posting, replying or joining conversations may require a validated account and may be activated progressively to protect the community.
The project may later evolve to include emotional affinities, themed conversations, private conversation requests and other community features. Any such evolution should include appropriate technical structure, consent, reporting, blocking, moderation and updated rules.
The public wall must not be used to request in-person meetings, exchange personal contact details, pressure other users, ask for money or move conversations to external channels.
4. Controlled help chat and guidance
The site may provide a controlled help widget to guide visitors on how the project works, safety rules, reports, contacts and future affinity features.
This help widget is not a private conversation between users, is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, psychological, legal or police advice.
Do not enter sensitive personal data, addresses, phone numbers, passwords, financial data, names of third parties, data about minors or information that could identify other people.
5. Publishing rules
When publishing, write about your own experience without exposing third parties. It is forbidden to publish:
- names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, social media handles or external links;
- photos, documents, screenshots, vehicle plates, workplaces, schools or recognisable data;
- information that identifies family members, partners, ex-partners, colleagues, managers, clients, minors or third parties;
- explicit sexual content, private requests, invitations to contact outside the platform or sexual exploitation;
- threats, harassment, hate speech, public humiliation, stalking or incitement to violence;
- identifiable accusations against people, companies or entities;
- confessions, descriptions or reports of crimes with identifiable details;
- spam, fraud, commercial promotion, phishing, malware or manipulation of the community.
6. Sensitive themes
Themes such as sexuality, family, secrets, loneliness, relationships and work may involve sensitive information. Write in a general way, removing identifiers and details that could harm or expose someone.
7. Accounts and participation
Where accounts are available, you must use a respectful pseudonym and accurate email information. Do not reuse passwords from other services. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
Participation may be limited, suspended or blocked if these terms are violated or if the project considers that a measure is necessary to protect the community.
8. Moderation and reports
The project may use safety filters, reporting mechanisms and administrative moderation. Content may be hidden, removed, limited or restored depending on context and risk.
Reports are reviewed for community safety. Reporting must not be used to harass, silence or target other users unfairly.

9. User responsibility
Users are responsible for the content they write. You must not publish personal data of third parties, identifiable accusations, illegal content or information that could put someone at risk.
The project may provide warnings and filters, but it does not guarantee prior review of every piece of content and does not replace professional advice.
10. Limits of the service
The website is provided without a guarantee of continuous availability, uninterrupted access, data recovery, permanent moderation or suitability for urgent situations.
Some features may be introduced, changed, limited or removed as the project evolves.
